Capes: Attached is a Tulle covered safety pin made with a strong gold metal pin and can and will stay snug on your dress. Please remember there will be a slight pull with capes but safety pin is covered to hide as much as possible. These capes can be styled multiple ways. Weather you choose to strap to the front of your dress, back of the dress or shoulders. Also, comes with two lobster clasp option for spaghetti strap dresses.
